Horrible service. Staff are always busy talking to each other. The don’t know anything about investments or products of rbc. Dont waste your time here.
Worst banking service experiences, they don’t know what they are doing, given me false information, and they don’t care to try and look into things they are unsure about. They shut down my questions several times and told me it wasn’t possible or they don’t “do that”. So I came to another branch and they did everything this branch was struggling to do. Don’t go here
