This place is always nice fast and smooth compared to the other branch that’s on Bramalea and sandalwood those guys are the worst but these people are nice and helpful
Staff give wrong information always .. uneducated people working there they always said go to another location
Horrible service. Staff are always busy talking to each other. The don’t know anything about investments or products of rbc. Dont waste your time here.
Worst banking service experiences, they don’t know what they are doing, given me false information, and they don’t care to try and look into things they are unsure about. They shut down my questions several times and told me it wasn’t possible or they don’t “do that”. So I came to another branch and they did everything this branch was struggling to do. Don’t go here
