Very disappointing experience with RBC. The staff showed rude and unprofessional behavior and made no real effort to help resolve my issue. It honestly felt like customers showing up at the branch were an inconvenience to them. Basic courtesy like “please” and “thank you” seemed completely absent. Customer service should be a basic standard in banking, but unfortunately that was not reflected here at all.
Very poor customer service front desk staff are very slow and have no care for customer . Ask for Manager and he is always not available as per the staff and connects with financial advisors. What a joke . Reputable Bank like Royal Bank to have such kind of team .

I’ve been an RBC client for 25 years. The staff at this branch are awful, not helpful, poor communication skills. After multiple visits to this branch, I’ll never be back.
