I had an appointment with Prashanth and he helped me for my business account and explained me all the features and was very helpful. He also explained me about investments, credit and savings.
I’ve been with rbc for over 6 years and never had a bad experience with their staff until rbc decided to hire useless employees. Be prepared to visit this branch at least a good 10 times for something as minor as an account restriction. It’s unfortunate that this is the only close branch to my area of residence. Do visit this branch if you want to come out with a high blood pressure instead of a solution.
