The bank is actually in Hanmer between McDonald's and Shoppers drug Mart. The staff were very helpful in dealing with my issue.

Takes forever to get an appointment you have zero control on your investment if you need a quick change i will be replacing RBC with someone else with all my investment soon.It actually gets worse its been 14 days since i first contacted my bank to transfer funds from my tfsa to my direct investing account and i call this morinng and was just told it could take another 10 days lol such a mickey mouse operation.
Not happy at all that they are closing this branch. I have lived in Val Caron over 30 years. I make my business bank deposits there. Now I will have to go out of my way to do my banking.
