Horrible customer service. I just do not care about customers, They will always be a lineup and manager just does not care to put Appropriate quantity of a staff at the counter. You have to stand up line for hours Looks like some Third World countries We are banks do not care about customers
Never more than TWO tellers without much experience - the lines are OUT THE DOOR no matter what time you come here. The tellers are extremely loud and make sure everyone knows your business. Be prepared to stand in line for at least 30-40 minutes.
Rbc so far is the only bank I feel they over complicate things just to make it harder for customer to manage their daily banking….
