Went into the bank to do a few things as I was in the area! The cashier’s tone was very unpleasant! There are ways of explaining things to people in a polite way without letting your voice be confrontational! A simple question should not be met with that tone! I’m guessing a cultural thing but you have to know you are in Canada and there are ways to speak to customers over here! You may mean no harm but your voice comes across as confrontational! minus one! If a payee rejects a payment , even if they're being nice and deciding not to charge you, the Royal Bank will charge you money to get your money back! Billions in profit by gouging the clients.
Worst Branch of RBC.Employee and manager both have an attitude issue while their customers are waiting in line for more than 45 mins.
Experience started off ok with this branch but quickly degraded... 6 mths waiting on a simple request is too long. Luckily had it resolved in a week at another branch
Terrible service, the bank manager is incompetent and rude.
