I canceled my Wetjet Mastercard 5 years ago and had overpaid my balance by $1.47 and continued to send me monthly statements for years. I called and they said I'd have to go to a branch I went to this one and the assured me I'd get a $ 1.37 cheque and no more statements. I just got 2 more.
worst customer service, tried calling to speak to a bank manager and it was impossible as i got the call center, completely insulated from people and customer service!
