A massive run around even for long time RBC clients. Thinking about changing banks after today.
Terrible service. I work for a law firm and 9 times out of 10 they don’t process our deposits until the end of the day sometimes even the next day when we need to have certain cheques to other firms deposited before noon. There is no reason they should just be putting cheques on the back and forgetting them. Worst bank by far.
Do not bank here.
Depositing cheque with other bank is better than this bank as they hold your paycheck/money for 4-5days! Which is unacceptable because its good as cash. Closing my account with RBC as soon as my cheque release.
