Don't bother trying to call, you cannot talk to an actual person and when you are told by the automaton that you're being transferred to an agent it hangs up on you. Branch is great, people are wonderful inside. The RBC automated calling thing is awful.
Great service everytime.
Staff are friendly and service is quick and painless, only downside is the ATM is down 2-3 a year
