My husband went in to get a bank draft today. After assurances from the Northland branch that this would be a straight forward process because of notes and info added to the account, he was refused. The bank manager in Mahogany was difficult, unwilling to listen, to read the notes properly, and to compensate for the fact that my husband had to drive to the northwest to get the draft. The branch manager, Rose, will go out of her way to make things more difficult than they need to be. Save yourself some headache and go to literally any other branch
This bank is the slowest bank for service. I have waited every time in line for at least 30 min. I have been to other RBC in the area and I am quick in and out. This location really needs to get more staff as it is very frustrating waiting that long. Right now as I am standing here at this bank there are 7 people in line with two tellers. I arrived at 1030 and it’s 1055 with two people still in front of me and two people with the tellers.
