The lady worker in glasses was so calm and professional, which made this visit to the bank fast and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait, there was no line, and she called us with a smile. First time in this branch, my request was completed with care and she made sure everything was just as I asked. Great service!

Unfortunately, my experience with this branch manager(sabrina) has been disappointing. Completely unprofessional — lacks knowledge and basic respect. It is clear they lack expertise to handle branch operations effectively. This has resulted in delays. I expected a higher level of competence from someone in this position.
