Never have any issues with this bank. It's in a convenient spot, and theres never much of a wait!
I had a disappointing experience at RBC in Mahogany. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem interested in finding a solution, and I think they need more training in customer support. Overall, I'm a very unhappy customer.

Worst branch to do business with. The wait time is always 20+ mins when you go in the weekend. The so called manager designate has zero customer service skills, has poor communication skills and is very rude to talk to. I didn’t get her name but it started with the letter “B”.
This branch never supports the requirements needed for my personal and business banking. I always have problems with them. I should just go to shepherd branch.
