Rbc is the worst bank in canada by far
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful! My card was compromised and I went in to ask for their help. Some of them try to send me to self service which I know the wait time will be hours on the phone without going anywhere. I didn’t catch her name but she try her best to help me and I really appreciate her help.
That Indian lady at the front reception, worst service provider ever. Slow, unprofessional, and obviously no smile.
I had a very disappointing experience at this bank due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism from a Banking Advisor Intern. The intern clearly did not understand the process they were handling, and because of their incomplete and incorrect actions, I ended up losing money.
