Crappy customer service and the Asian lady was somewhat rude, no customer service skills, not sure the criteria for hiring people... in a customer service job
It is not a person it is the the stupid policy,that does no make any sence and logic.You can call me if you interested .Now I know why the bank has such low rating.
Excellent service from RS: worked through some complex bank account issues, identifying different solutions, looping in an RBC specialist for technical aspects.
Very bad saw a mouse and a Mexican cockroach dancing and shriek I’m never going to come back to this bank again it is unacceptable
