I noticed this branch’s official opening time is listed as 9:30am, yet the appointment system allowed me to schedule an 8:00am meeting. I initially assumed this might be a special early service, but it ended up wasting my time. The first staff came in around 8:35, and when I inquired about my appointment, the staff informed me that Farah was not in and that the branch wouldn’t open until 9:30. Horrible experience. Not only customer service literally disrespect customers but also unable to provide basic banking needs. If you have a complicated problem, RBC has no clue how to resolve it. RBC statements don't show transaction details, neither there's any protection from the bank if there's a fraudulent payment.
I visited this RBC branch on 28 Jan. I met with Bank Advisor, Farran to open a bank account for my younger sister, who is new immigrant student. First she was absolutely rude in her behaviour. We provided her with 4 legal identity proofs including study permit, sin etc and further offered to provide enrolment letter the next day as we didn’t had it on us that day.
