Try to take out $400 at the ATM only dispensed 40 and the cash dispenser was shaking the entire time. I didn't take the cash and went into the branch to dispute the transaction. The bank official was very rude and unhelpful and it has me questioning my entire business relationship with RBC. Do NOT use the second ATM from the right... it will claim you withdrew and bang... you're out a lot of money. Here's hoping they credit my account with the missing money...
Extremely bad experienced with RBC Bank in Southgare Branch last three month ago I deposited my money through ATM but my payment not deposited in my account.that time the ATM machine screen were blank and raised my complaint after that put my complaint many of times but no any solution and staff is also not cooperated this is disgusting this bank must brake my faith very bad service
Gotta say as a past and now retired employee of RBC their standards have gone well below my expectations. Discouraged by the service I almost received I had to walk out both exhausted and disappointed
