I don’t know why I went there. I renewed my credit card in March 2025, and it has been almost four months now. I have emailed her, messaged her, and called her several times, but I haven’t received any response. If my card has not been processed yet, I will have to mention her name as well.
The female staff member was very helpful. She was highly service-minded and provided a great solution to my problem. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
