They go out of there way not to help you, just wanted to apply for a credit card, no one knew what to do and even the bank manager was useless.
Extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of the tellers, Navaira. Her rude and arrogant behavior was completely uncalled for. Over a minor issue — a 10-cent discrepancy where the cash total was slightly higher than what was listed on the deposit slip — she chose to display attitude instead of professionalism. This kind of conduct is unacceptable in any customer service setting. The situation could’ve been resolved in seconds by simply returning the extra amount, completing the transaction, and moving on. I went to this branch today around 6:45 pm and OMG ,so disappointed, the lady who was " helping me " had not idea what she was doing , I was felling so insecure with her service because , even if I do have an account with this bank from long time, she was asking me that she doesn't know how to check my account and she doesn't know about the interests, she couldn't help me take a payment, so I am ending asking for my card back to left this unprofessional bank service .
