I have been a Royal Bank customer since 1985. I hate this place. It is disgusting having to go here. Everything about this branch is abysmal. The staff are all rude and unhelpful. The manager is a truly unkind person. She is dismissive and acts like the bank is doing their customers a favour by banking with them. The branch is always dirty. The ATM machines often don't work -- especially during the weekend.
