One teller working, 2 on breaks, long line.
I hate coming here. The only reason I come is to do business deposits. This branch is always understaffed, lines out the door and the branch manager Zakir doesn’t know how to speak to people professionally. I stood in line for an hour and a half for him to leave the counter to deal with other clients, mind you I’m on the clock at work and need to explain why I was at the bank for almost 2 hours with my employer. I visited the Albany branch because my account was locked and I couldn’t access it. The teller asked me to wait for the manager. When I explained my situation, the manager was very rude, refused to unlock my account, and asked me to leave. I also felt embarrassed and humiliated by the way I was treated. Very disappointing experience.
