We tried to get my deceased dad’s accounts closed. They made it hard to get anything and the manager wouldn’t wave any fees for a long time customer. Not too impressed

the african american man at the desk was not helpful whatsoever. He was rude, and completely wasted my time, and made me feel like an idiot about the questions i was asking about NOMI. He did not know what he was doing. Very upset. RBC pls fire him.
Never deal with this organization again Paid off the balance and requested to close an account the staff that don’t speak English don’t have any accountability. This failure affected my credit score. Not happy.
