Waiting in line for 30min+ 10 people in line and one teller This isn’t the first it’s Everyday problem.
After having nothing but issues with RBC, Hanan from this branch actually listened to my concerns and is helping me find a resolution.
My wife went in to get a loan. the banker helping her was quite rude to her speaking down to her. As she did not qualify for the loan. And needed someone to cosign the loan. My wife booked another appointment with her and myself. The banker did not show to the meeting nor did she notify us she wasn't going to make it. We were able to talk to a new banker who was much more pleasant to talk with (Truc Phan). But unable to do anything because the other banker had left things unfinished.
