I'm amazed that these people are still working, they are one of the most customer-unfriendly banks in the country
I totally disappointed, I have business and I have my account with this branch over 7 years, on 11 Jan 2021 I went to this location to get some information about RBC business products or any other government programs, I call RBC line before but after waiting over 45 min they didn't have enough information and they refer me to my home branch, so I came to my home branch at Leslie and York Mills, I asked bank teller for any financial advisor or manager to give me some information, she said she doesn't have information and she ... read more
