Had a terrible experience trying to get a credit card through this location. Took over two months and over a dozen attempts to get a hold of my advisor, eventually having to go through RBC's Credit Card Services (twice!) to get my advisor to return my emails or calls. In the end, the advisor put the credit card application under the wrong name and linked it to the wrong WestJet account. Avoid this branch

So you're telling me a line practically out the door doesn't get another till open?? This is insane. Only ever dealt with 2 helpful ladies when here. There is also a older lady who I've witnessed have a nasty tone and rasing there voice at a customer whom is of another nationality as if they dont know english. When I get to her she's nothing but sweet. Correct your worker this is 2024.

Stop going this location!!! Banker in this location she needs to be educated first, have a sense of humor, and values customer times. I was told to bring my only last three pay checks and when I get there everything went other than what she has requested from me. I was pushed to get home equity line of credit when I refused then she started to show me her ugly face. Shame on you and the way you treat your customers. I will close my account and never bank with you again.
