I wish I can give them zero rating. The Manager was so adamant and rude.I know now why no one likes RBC these days.I have been banking with them from alsmo 20 years still my cheque did not cleared. Shame on the management. I promise I will closey account as soon as I can and will suggest all my friends and family to do the same.
Super slow service, not enough people working to help the customers.. lined out the door each time iv been here waited for over half hour to get my card fixed..
