I went into not only cash my cheques but to also possibly open an account and see there investing options. Unfortunately they could not verify my identity with 2 pieces of id. I offered to give more pieces and proof of residence although but they didnt want to proceed or give any other options. Will not be going back to rbc which is sad theres only a few banks in town.
Worst bank to have they take your money. And don't give it back
Don’t waste time with any desktop guys. Ask for manger’s room if have any issues..
The Bank being closed during Weekends, even just for ATM is not a good for people only have Days off at Weekends, ATM should be accessible but instead i have to go to a convenience store that charges me 2+ dollars for money withdrawal
Wondering why we pay fees when we can’t access our money at RBC Slave Lake ATM after 5pm Monday-Thursday or Friday after 6pm and not at ALL on weekends?? This has been happening since fall (7 months) it is ludicrous.
