Never enough tellers. Constant lines and are very slow. Average time spent waiting in line is 20-25 minutes. I’ve never seen more than 2 tellers here at once.
Staff helped me set up an account over the phone and were extremely helpful and professional
I went into not only cash my cheques but to also possibly open an account and see there investing options. Unfortunately they could not verify my identity with 2 pieces of id. I offered to give more pieces and proof of residence although but they didnt want to proceed or give any other options. Will not be going back to rbc which is sad theres only a few banks in town.
Worst bank to have they take your money. And don't give it back
Don’t waste time with any desktop guys. Ask for manger’s room if have any issues..
