This location is a joke
Worst location of RBC branch- no matter when you go , no advisor is available to even hear what client want. They do not put clients first and only willing to hear what customers want if an appointment exist. Do not waste your time visiting this branch even if you have emergency! Not the first time - trust me on this.
Worst experience ever. Just to change bank information the teller didn't want to print my information. Then after I demanded she did it. No customer service at all. Took more than ome hour and teller looked very annoying from the beginning till end. Looks like she loves her work.
