Always short-staffed. Staff not trained well. Be prepared to wait 30mins minimum. Incompetent management
People here are awesome specially MARK. He was professional and so respectful. Whenever I need RBC this location will be my one and only place to go.
I have to pay for the checking account. So I decided to close all my accounts. The teller at the counter told me no need to close the TSFA. It can be transferred to another bank. When I transferred it. They charged a transfer fee of $150. The teller did not mention me about the transfer fee. He was deliberately hide this fact. This bank is not for common people. They are greedy. I don’t want to open any account with this bank again and don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
Very slow. Only one teller open while so many people are waiting. Please improve your service
Never had a problem here, great service and I love the drive thru ATM.
