Poor service, im wait more then 1 hour only 2 counter open but very very slow.
Worst RBC location!!! The lady at the counter wasn’t willing to answer my questions in regards to my temporary card not working in stores. She told me to go back to the RBC where i opened my account. I then asked if all RBC Banks have different rules and regulations and she answered by telling me that the card will be mailed to me so until then i cannot use the card for purchases, only withdraws from RBC ATMS. I’m new to RBC and didn’t know they carry temporary cards only until the main one gets delivered to my home address.... read more
Worst business advisor ever - Shawn Do NOT deal with Shawn. Our credit card application was completed in the branch in October but wasn’t filed until mid November due to Shawn “misplacing” the application. Now we can’t even get our credit card due to Canada Post being on strike. Horrible customer service
