Oh my god… I’ve had the opportunity to deal with different bank branches in my time, Scotia, BMO, CIBC, and so on, but never have I seen one so unwilling to help as much as this branch. I don’t know if it’s because the branch is closing, or if this is the reason it’s closing, but the level of indifference was strong here. The bank tellers at least try to help and are apologetic when they can’t, but the moment they need to involve the branch manager for support or assistance, you might as well walk out, because you’ll be sent... read more
