The staff is incompetent. I had a very bad experience with just opening a simple chequing account for pay deposits. Why are they asking for sin cards when the government discontinue the cards.
The recent experience at the branch was very disappointing: -I visited in person to schedule my appointment due to a recent scam attempt, yet the staff still booked it online. -The appointment was set before the investment's maturity date, making the meeting unnecessary. -My advisor, Riya Soni, arrived 10 minutes late due to lunch and feeling unwell, and now I'm feeling sick as well. -Nothing was prepared for the appointment, and despite my concerns, she continued to push sales products to meet her quota rather than prioriti... read more
Irresponsible and unprofessional attitude towards clients!
The assistant bank manager took the time to open Leo accounts for my kids. One of my children brought an elmo backpack that was filled with almost $500 in change and small bills. She patiently helped him sort and count it. It was a big gesture and made such a profound impact on my child. She treated the kids like they were adults and it meant so much.
Worse bank ever, staff has no knowledge they can’t answer to my questions. They have to ask for help from their manager Soni riya all the time, she’s never answer calls/email after stopped by the branch 4 times in 2 weeks she’s never available impossible to book an appointment either. Don’t go to that bank !
