Oh my god… I’ve had the opportunity to deal with different bank branches in my time, Scotia, BMO, CIBC, and so on, but never have I seen one so unwilling to help as much as this branch. I don’t know if it’s because the branch is closing, or if this is the reason it’s closing, but the level of indifference was strong here. I’ve always had a positive experience with RBC. The staff are professional, friendly, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. Banking has been easy and reliable, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you for always making me feel valued as a customer.
The staff is incompetent. I had a very bad experience with just opening a simple chequing account for pay deposits. Why are they asking for sin cards when the government discontinue the cards.
The recent experience at the branch was very disappointing: -I visited in person to schedule my appointment due to a recent scam attempt, yet the staff still booked it online. -The appointment was set before the investment's maturity date, making the meeting unnecessary. -My advisor, Riya Soni, arrived 10 minutes late due to lunch and feeling unwell, and now I'm feeling sick as well. -Nothing was prepared for the appointment, and despite my concerns, she continued to push sales products to meet her quota rather than prioriti... read more
