Mona is a great person and very helpful, she helped me with my query and did it very fast. A great human being
Very bad service. The personal bankers there have very less knowledge. I had to contact another bank person(from rbc) I know to guide the person here to make some changes. They will give their card and ask to email but they wont even bother to check the emails. Their atm (drive thru) does not even have cash in it. they dont even bother to refill it. go to any other branches. this is really bad one.

I always deal with this branch because the staff is very welcoming, and knowledgeable with the products. Financial advisors and tellers.
