I am beyond disappointed with the experience my 14-year-old daughter had with RBC. She chose to open her very first student account with RBC specifically for the earbuds promotion. Despite meeting the requirements, the earbuds never arrived. She called RBC three separate times to resolve this. Each time, we were given excuses or told it would be handled, yet nothing has been done. It is heartbreaking to see a young person lose all hope and trust in a major financial institution at such a very young age.
Customer service is lacking at this location. Lack of knowledge on standard banking policies. Very long wait times.
