so , my friend trying to deposit 20$ into atm but atm machine kept her half note and return half notr and she lost her 20$ . now this bank says they cannt help . she lost her 20$ . please do something for this !
Hi all , I was trying to deposit my 20$ dollars into atm and machine accept my half note and return my half note and I lost my 20$ . When I visit to this branch that I lost my 20$ into rbc atm , that lady told me that they can’t help Bcz note don’t have serial number … but mistake was not mine Bcz note kept by atm machine right and now she said she can’t accept this half note .. now I lost money worth 20$ .Plzz rbc management either fix atm or return my money .
Whenever I go always long line and very long time
Worst "bank" if you can call it that. There are some fee Royal bank actual locations for in-person service when it's needed and this 1 of few has terrible service. I was there on a Monday at 2pm. 12 people in line. Not one person moved forward in the 30mins I waited. Brutal service. Planning to move our accounts to a bank who has better service.
