Branch manager thinks she owns the bank… RBC you need better employees
Worst service at this branch whenever you come.Nothing to say more.Customers who visit this branch know better than me.
Not only the worst RBC Bank I've ever been to, but also the worst bank- full stop that I have EVER been to. Staff are not knowledgable of RBC's products, they do things super slow so there is almost always a 20+ minute wait. Staff member did not know what "Poland" was... How can I feel comfortable doing business here? Answer is I cannot... Consider skipping this branch and going to the Williams and Mississauga Rd one. Trust me it's worth it.
Zero stars. No one is available there no matter what time you go. It's 10 am and there are only 2 ppl working here. Bank with TD ppl.
Came for a bank draft, stayed long enough to reconsider my life choices. Everyone’s nice though — just not in a rush!
