Worst customer service
Branch manager is VERY racist and if you are a black person, do NOT come here to do any of your dwellings. Extremely unprofessional, and deemed me as a risk without reason because he can and refused to elaborate as to why he thinks I’m a risk or my account even though I have had no problems or account closures or anything to raise a risk and refused to offer a solution to my issue. The branch manager is terrible unprofessional and does not what she is doing. She is very rude and this is the worst branch ever as I waited for 4 hours to open a account after was locked out due to a e-transfer and she did nothing she should be fired or demoted
