I have been to this RBC many a times and never faced a problem. Recently I went there to get a draft made and all it took was 5 mins. Both Pratham and Sana were very polite and made the whole process effortless. I loved the service.
"WORST BRANCH OF RBC" - staff is on leave half of the time, none of them is cooperative or will provide you any updates, as mentioned by someone earlier, the lady on the extreme right cabin after entering, probably the branch manager..."NON COOPERATIVE". BIGGEST MISTAKE WOULD BE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BRANCH. RBC Bank overall is too good but this branch not all, had similar experience last year as well at this particular location, hence posting my disappointment. Great experience
Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend booking an appointment with Supreet Rai. They did not return my calls and were not responsive or respectful of my time. It ended up being a waste of time. I would recommend contacting customer service directly instead of scheduling an appointment at the branch.
This branch has such a poor management and customer service.I suggest people to avoid the branch.
