Worst Branch. Don’t even deserve a single star
The worst RBC branch I ever had to. I visited the bank in morning. I wanted my bank statement, the girl was about leave and she told me that it is not possible that I could you the bank statement and it could only be downloaded online. Then she left and I asked other girl and she helped and gave me the statement. It’s so unprofessional that she just refused because she did not have time. MY RATING: -10 Extremely Disappointed with Service – Long-time Customer Considering Leaving I visited this RBC branch on Saturday, October 18, 2025, around 2 PM and was very disappointed with the experience. There were 8–10 customers waiting and only TWO tellers working — one of whom was frequently stepping away to attend to the safe deposit room, slowing things down even more.
