there should be option of giving no star and write review Worst Rbc branch , staff doesn't even know what they doing, very unprofessional hires new staff every few months and the new ones have no knowledge of what they doing giving hard time to customers looking at the reviews i feel like bank doesn't even care as there are no changes made
