MY RATING: -10 Extremely Disappointed with Service – Long-time Customer Considering Leaving I visited this RBC branch on Saturday, October 18, 2025, around 2 PM and was very disappointed with the experience. There were 8–10 customers waiting and only TWO tellers working — one of whom was frequently stepping away to attend to the safe deposit room, slowing things down even more. Its a MONDAY AFTERNOON and there is a big line up and they dont even full staff to attend and whoso ever are their are just bunch of rookies just chit chatting trying to get it done. Also, the customers that are waiting doesn’t have basic queue manners.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my mother and I received from one of your tellers, Manpreet. When we visited the branch, she told us she would be able to help with our transaction despite my mother’s expired card, as a new one should be arriving in the mail. However, she did a very poor job explaining the procedure, which seemed unnecessarily complicated compared to our experiences at other banks.
