I recently visited the RBC Mountainsh branch and spoke with an employee named Navneet and her colleague. Their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Over the phone, I was given different information, but in person, they were spoke in disrespectful way, and told me directly to leave the bank and try another one.

Worst RBC location so far. The bank manager Bhupinder and staff Amandeep’s conduct is not only unprofessional but also dismissive, and entirely unhelpful when I approached them regarding a serious issue with my brother’s cards as he was a student. He wasn’t assisted at all when he went alone. Upon revisiting and complaining, rather than taking responsibility or providing constructive assistance, they repeatedly interrupted, shifted blame to other parties, and demonstrated no willingness to resolve the problem. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. The bank manager, [Bhupendar], was not only dismissive and rude but also completely unhelpful when I came in to resolve a serious issue with my account. Instead of offering solutions or even listening properly, they interrupted constantly, blamed other departments, and showed zero accountability.

During my visit, the manager Bhupender raised her voice at me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and uncomfortable, especially given that this occurred in a public setting.
