I hate this bank. My card always glitches and never works and declines. I have spent lots of time trying to figure out issues with this. I do not recommend.
Branch is closed.
I went into the branch to close all my accounts due to ongoing issues with their customer service. The teller tells me she closed all accounts.. but she didn't make me sign anything.. I do my due diligence and log into RBC the next day and notice she sent my account into OVERDRAFT. How does a teller give you more money than whats available in your account? Moronic!! Now customer service won't close my accounts due to me OWING them money!! crazy.
Very very slow, waited one hour
I have been banking with RBC for over 50 years....today, I went to pay my visa through ATM as usual. ATM doesn't accept Visa payments anymore apparently. I spoke with a teller gave her my cheque for my visa payment she said to me oh sorry this will be put on hold I provided my debit card, visa card, drivers license. This isn't rocket science I am trying to pay my visa.......after 50 years of no issues. I will never bank here again worst service ever.
