credit card was canceled without my permission. I went there to transfer the name on my account, but they canceled my card instead. When I mentioned that the card still had a remaining balance, I was told I could view it under my personal account, but I wasn’t able to see it anywhere. Because of that, I couldn’t make the payment, and now the account has gone to collections.
