As a client with I.B.S.and on special medication, being denied access to a restroom while awaiting my ride home made me see how little they really care about their clients.
I visited RBC branch on court and mcphillps on Feb 11, 2025 at 9:40 am, teller Komal was there and sad to mention she gave me worst banking experience ever. She literally was cery unprofessional. When customer is polite, client advisor should have same tone when speaking. She initially said she can’t confirm what i was asking, and said she need to ask manager. Always busy and never seen all the tellers on their desk at once. Who ever is there does not care for the long line while speaking and discussing with currently attending person on non topic items. Very frustrating. It's been like that from years, seems like nobody notice and think about improvements.
