If it gave me an option for 0 stars I would have used it but unfortunately the lowest is 1 star. Literally over 25 people waiting in line, they only have 2 tellers open. Nothing done to help transactions with clients move quicker. For a bank that's trying to push good customer service this is a total failure. There's a staff member sitting watching the door, maybe get behind the desk and deal with clients. I had an appointment with Sohan Patel. He was amazing—very fast, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
Had a really great experience with RBC at the Northgate branch! Big shoutout to Ria (Financial Advisor) — she was super helpful, patient, and made everything easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Also want to thank Angeli (Mortgage Specialist) for making the whole mortgage process smooth and stress-free. She was very organized and explained everything clearly along the way. Both of them were amazing to work with. Highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for friendly and reliable service!
