Always a very long line and when u call it is very long and hard to talk to someone
Super slow service. What is the point of the business line if there’s no priority given? There’s no one at the front to ask questions. It took over an hour—specifically, 1 hour and 40 minutes—to deposit two cheques into my client’s account. Please train your tellers to be professional. Harman was chatting with a client about personal stuff for hour long while the line up was huge and everyone in the line was pissed at the unprofessional behaviour.
