Worst experience ever!! My husband wanted to get a bank draft from his account today. The employee and manager, however, refused to give it to him. She made him answer a ridiculous amount of security questions even after seeing his ID and confirming his identity. She even took MY ID. Why on earth did she need my ID. She was giving me dirty looks and clearly didn't trust us regardless of the fact that he even offered to show a second form of ID(his passport). Every god dam time I go to this rbc I have the unfortunate fate of being served by the same women at the front who time and time again has been unable to help me and tells me there’s nothing she can do. Every time this happens I end up driving to the other rbc location near pembina and they can always help me but this location can’t?!?! It’s stupid. I wouldn’t even go to this one if it wasn’t so conveniently close home.
When issue happens, manager was too busy for facing me when delivering the negative answer, sending the clerk to informed me that the bank is refuses to resolve the issue in our behalf by any mean, or to provide any help, or to give us it's decision in writing to present to anyone else involved. I don't feel satisfied, very poor service.
This RBC branch has the WORST customer service! I have been with RBC for 26 years. I have personal and corporate accounts with them and have done millions of dollars of business with them. Today, I have the unfortunate experience of leaving my wallet at home but I happened to grab my new Visa out of the mail as I left. So I figure great I'll just get it activated and the PIN setup.
