Worst branch ever. Very rude staff. The person I met on entry couldn't even take the time to answer a simple enquiry.
I was told I could make additional payments on my loan but when I went to do just that no one knew how to take cash and apply it to my loan. NO CASH accepted at a BANK!? That makes no sense.
Have some more tellers here. With how much of our money you guys take you should be able to have enough staff capable of working the front so people aren't wasting 45 minutes standing around doing nothing. The people seem friendly enough so 2 stars but my goodness, do better.

She seems belong to Philippines country . Don’t become racist and stop pointing finger towards them if you are manager. Totally shitty behaviour and is unacceptable. !!!!!! Garbage!
I visited this evening and really want to specifically shout out Nicole. Her compassion and grace was felt deeply, and made a hard day slightly easier.
