It looks like they don't care about their customers. I contacted them about extending my credit card and all they told me was wait, maybe a new card will come in the mail or maybe not. And in general, it seems like I came to them not with a problem regarding banking services, but with my personal problems and I'm just bothering them.
Horrible Customer service Don’t solve problems often much, do better.
Very confused staff. Went to deposit pay cheque of RBC and she said come back on Monday. As today is Saturday and no calls today. And she needs to call my employer to confirm something that she cannot discuss with me. Saturday is no calls day so comeback on Monday. What is this nonsense! Then I went to RBC McPhillips, no questions asked.
Line up and hardly any tellers glad I don't have to deal with them on a regular basis.
If I was in the Caribbean I wouldn’t mind the pace of this branch. But we are in Canada, this branch never fails to have long wait times no matter what hour you arrive expect an hour wait
