I came to this bank asking for help with a very simple and legitimate request. I needed assistance paying two government fees to a foreign government authority. I had already successfully paid one fee on my own and only needed help with the second one. The “specialists” at the branch told me it was impossible. However, when I showed them a receipt confirming a successful transfer, they were unable to explain why one payment worked and the other supposedly could not.
