Uneducated useless staff. Waste of time.
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I dealt with Amrik and Anees and I received such a run around trying to withdraw from my RESP's for my daughter's tuition, and when I got upset with them, they then ignored me and never responded until I had to complain to the branch who had to do a private chat to reach out. Once he did finally contact me, he still didn't make things easy and actually passed me off to yet another representative where I basically had to start from the beginning with. Never an issue with staff. The only issue is standing in line for too long on most visits.
