Incompetent staff
Terrible hours. If you work during the day this branch is basically useless. Plus theres always a line. Do yourself a favour and go to a different branch.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I have had nothing but issues with my RBC visa (after closing the credit card). No one seems to have any hot clue how to deal with fraudulent claims and you just get passed around like a hot potato. You have to call 10+ times a day just to sit on hold the entire time. They are not easy to deal with and this is why I left RBC after 8 years for TD for people who know what they're doing. -5/10.
We received great service on the day before Xmas 2024. Our daughter made an appointment online for us the night before using their app. We met with Jyoti and she was amazing! Did a great job getting things rolling but due to back-office processes to confirm the details we provided, it was going to take a bit of time to get a confirmation.
