The staff needs to be trained in smiling with customers and be energetic, the teller looks like he hasn’t slept in 2 days and just tired of working here. I was standing right in front of the person can’t hear a single word, he was not even listening what i am asking just working like a robot. Train your staff.
They pretend like they are making an excuse by proving you their services, very transactional interactions, no emotional intelligence and no human understanding.
