I went to deposit a cheque with one of the tellers, who immediately got annoyed and told me I should use one of the ATMs instead of going to them every time. I don't use the ATMs because my cheque gets put on hold every time despite them having "fixed" that issue before. Besides this, there has been a lot of unnecessary attitude and sass from the employees of this facility
There is no option even after following all the prompts to speak with an advisor on the phone so I will doing my business elsewhere
Very poor service they dont even provide the service and when we ask a teller they said we used to provide that but not anymore garbage branch
