Good banking facility
Not very accommodating teller on this branch. Teller told me I can’t get a draft if I don’t have client card even if I have an indentification. Told her I have requested a bank draft before and it wasn’t a problem as I have brought Identification. She keeps insisting and i didn’t want to argue so I just left. I think she either doesn’t know how to do the verification and/or she just doesn’t wanna do the extra steps.
Manager for this location Roxanne is very rude and unprofessional hope she gets fired terrible agent and also the branch manager Nelia Rodrigues-Malbasa 👎👎👎👎👎👎
I love visiting this location, staff is amazing and always makes my visit more pleasant. They always find out answers for me and explain the process very clearly. Thank you team RBC keep it up
