I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this RBC branch. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and the branch manager, in particular, was both dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing customer concerns with empathy and respect, they appeared to make light of the situation, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. I had an appointment with Francis this morning to open an account I highly recommend him super nice and was able to answer all the questions I had
I went here today after being extremely stressed with an issue on my account. The employees were very helpful and able to sort out my issue in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for offering me a tissue and for your kindness! It went a long way in making my day better.
If I would rate lower than 1 I would. I went there to get a Notice of Withdrawal form for a DPSP account that an employer I am no longer with had set up, so I could move the funds into a current account. The front desk lady had no idea what that was and asked their female manager for assistance. The manager was incredibly rude to me and told me she couldn't give it to me and refused to help me with the situation. Told me my the bank that requested the transfer had screwed up.
