I had an appointment with Francis this morning to open an account I highly recommend him super nice and was able to answer all the questions I had
I went here today after being extremely stressed with an issue on my account. The employees were very helpful and able to sort out my issue in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for offering me a tissue and for your kindness! It went a long way in making my day better.
If I would rate lower than 1 I would. I went there to get a Notice of Withdrawal form for a DPSP account that an employer I am no longer with had set up, so I could move the funds into a current account. The front desk lady had no idea what that was and asked their female manager for assistance. The manager was incredibly rude to me and told me she couldn't give it to me and refused to help me with the situation. Told me my the bank that requested the transfer had screwed up. Visited the place around 12pm on November 9, 2024. The Chinese lady at the front was incredibly rude and harassing me trying to know my personal information, this had never happened in any other RBC branches when I visit. Please have that employee of yours suspended or give her a written warning, you can check the cameras in that timeline you’ll see her bad attitudes
I booked an appointment at this location. Upon arrival I was greeted by somone covering for the original person as they were sick. I could barley understand this man not to mention he completely screwed me over. He said I'd meert with the original person on Monday (it was Saturday). Tell me why I got a phone call (with no indication as to when the phone call was monday) from a women that wasn't the original person.
