The RBC IS A COLLECTION AGENCY that I never heard of gave them my banking info now that agency has drained my bank account .and it seems there's nothnothing I can do .if you think your money's safe with Rbc think again.i asked to speak to the manager the teller denied me my right.ssteve f.
Absolute trash.
In Dec 2023, I requested for an appointment at 2.30 PM. An advisor called me ahead of time while I was at work at 9:45 AM. Since I was on short break, I entertained him was I asked for a credit card replacement and that card never came until now. I called today and spoke with another agent and started with the same story about the card replacement. After 40 minutes of conversation, the line was cut off all of a sudden.
