Management and the ladies there seemed straight forward and nice… but the kid with the chain and broccoli head haircut just doesn’t want to help you, complains, and it’s like talking to someone In their sleep who’s passive aggressive. The RBC IS A COLLECTION AGENCY that I never heard of gave them my banking info now that agency has drained my bank account .and it seems there's nothnothing I can do .if you think your money's safe with Rbc think again.i asked to speak to the manager the teller denied me my right.ssteve f.
