The Manager Matt Eckhardt is terrible, the account manager didn't know how to set up an account nature of business properly and then Matt Eckhardt tells me to just forget about RBC set up an account elsewhere, LMAO great business tactics bud! Open a can of worms so I'll open a can of worms in return. This review isn't slander it's the truth. The kinds of issues you'll have at this RBC you will not likely have anywhere else. Absolutely the best experience at this branch! The manager, Matt Eckhard, is extraordinarily knowledgeable, supportive, and an outstanding leader. The advisors are equally incredible — professional, attentive, and truly committed to providing exceptional service.
It is impossible to ask a very simple question over the phone and the message centre is not available. I do not want an appt tomorrow or ever, I just want a simple question answered now.
Be cautious about this branch’s practices. A staff member, Pooria Srinivas, made unauthorized color copies of customers’ identity documents. This raises serious concerns about privacy and potential scams.
Came in to deposit a cheque , the teller was super un-helpful , although everything checked out she refused to help. The worst part was that I was talked down to. Terrible experience, makes me question staying with this bank, There are always problems!
