Very disappointed with the service of this bank, First the appointment was doubled then took a lot of time and hectic processing. Even after account opening process I faced multiple issues and communicating timely and respectfully with the two representatives “Kevin and Manisha” and raising the issues multiple times and still it would take weeks to resolve. The renovations at this branch are a complete failure when it comes to privacy. The new open layout offers zero confidentiality. Employees speak loudly, and it’s easy to overhear sensitive conversations about customers’ finances, including account details and how much money people have. This is unacceptable for a bank. I do not feel safe or comfortable discussing my personal information here, as anyone nearby can listen.
