The Banking Advisor at this location was not helpful. I expected better customer service and guidance, but unfortunately, my concerns were not properly addressed. Disappointed with the experience.
Very poor customer service I've been in this branch million times never did I receive such a poor service I was served by an Asian guy teller #1. I forgot my debit card had my id with me an this has happened before and they verified my id and did my transaction he refused to serve me.Never happened before I could barely understand what the guy was saying had to ask him couple times I don't think I will want to be served by this guy ever again I would rather drive to other place .
I have recently experienced good customer service from this branch. Came here for 5 times, all of them were good. I want to say thanks to Marjorie, the best bank advisor I have ever met. She knows everything to support you. Would love to see her again whenever I have things to do at RBC.
I recently switched to RBC for better credit rates and visited the branch for further verification and to inquire about IFCA investments. Kevin Jang did a phenomenal job explaining the investment options and outlining the future of investing. The process for setting up my account was seamless. The staff were all friendly, the branch was clean, and it wasn't busy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
