I have been coming to this RBC for my business banking and deposits for well over 3 years. In my experience the approximate wait time to be served is between 18-25 minutes. I’ve walked into this bank multiple times at different hours trying to gage if it’s just the traffic of the day. However, what I’ve noticed is that there’s a lack of traffic control here amongst the tellers. They chit chat in between customers even when there’s a line up right to the door. Worst RBC branch, Got rude and ignorant services from one of the Indian staff today. Could not help me with my card issue. I am very dissapointed and won’t go back to that branch again!
