Waste of time
The tellers here seem to not know what they are doing. I deposited cheques and they put them on hold for 7 business days. I paid more interest on my line of credit because of this. I had the same cheques deposited in Cambridge a week before that and they all showed up on my account the same day. Don't come here if you want smoothly transactions.
Have been cashing a cheque from the same company every month for 13 years and am a long time client of RBC. Told today that all cheques for everyone will now be held for 4 business days so they clear. New policy started 2 weeks ago. Really?? Was at my homebranch 4 days ago and had no difficulty depositing my cheques. None were held.
We met Andress Jean-Gilles the financial advisor at the Branch, she was the best person in the business who know what she is doing. Appreciate the service provided. Very calm, composed and knowledgeable lady.
Janet was very helpful and professional when I went in and needed help. Would definitely come here again!
