This is a full-fledged RBC bank located at the Northfield Centre shopping mall. There is ample parking in the open air carpark. The bank staff are friendly and professional. The ATM lobby has different hours from the bank counter (see photo for hours as of November 2024).
We have been customers of this branch ever since it opened. This week my wife asked a teller a question, and the teller wrote the answer down on a post-it note. We then made a financial decision based on this info. Later I looked online and learned that the info provided by the teller was incorrect. When we went back to the branch to discuss it, and escalated the issue to a manager, all we were told was that the teller "made a mistake, sorry".
