I went to ask a copy of my mortgage statement and they didn't want to help with my request. I told them I had not received by mail and that they could print a copy but the girl I met at the front desk just denied it and told me to wait for the mailed copy. Guess what I've been waiting for another month, still haven't received it; customer service tell me to go to a branch to get a copy printed ... ha ha ha

My experience at this bank was incredibly disappointing. Upon entering, I encountered two Asian ladies at the entrance: one young and the other in her late 40s. The younger lady gave me a disapproving look and gestured for me to step back, seemingly judging my attire. The older lady approached me politely, but the younger one made faces and instructed me to wait at the entrance, insisting I ask for permission to proceed further. I don’t regularly bank with RBC, but recently I got an RBC credit card. I ran into some difficulties setting up the online banking and called the number…they said I needed an access code which I could get at any branch. 2 days later I received an email telling me I was locked out. Called the number on the email and same story…get an access code at a branch, faster than waiting for a snail mail out. Deposited a check from ICBC to settle a loan account. They were supposed to deposit back the balance of over 8k back to our account. Over 2 weeks processing it and still has not been deposited! Thanks for holding my money!!
