It was my first visit to this branch. The place itself looks nice and well maintained, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I deposited cash during my visit, but her attitude made the experience very uncomfortable. Sadly, I forgot to get her name, but the interaction left a very negative impression. I hope the management looks into improving the level of customer service at this location.
