They really don't care about the customer... so slow. Stay away from RBC
Very disappointed, came on a Sunday just to withdraw, parking lots are full with people shopping and parked for hours. Saw people putting stuff away and leaving again.
We had a very disappointing experience with the manager at this RBC branch. The behaviour and attitude we received were unprofessional and lacked basic respect, especially considering that my mother is a senior. We visited the branch to request assistance regarding my mother’s own account. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, Manager Ratna declined my mother’s request and told her that if she wanted to take the money, she should go see a lawyer.
