Consistently rude and unhelpful, go to the RBC on Davie and Pacific if you actually want to get the service you need to run your business
I think this branch intensionally creates long lines by having no staff available to serve customers. Also why are the staff so rude to ppl?
It has never been so hard to change currency from one account to another. The way I wa treated was absolutely ridiculous. I have been with RBC for over 30 years. Just this one ridiculous experience has made me reconsider. You got problems Fanny.
My boyfriend was treated like a literal imbecile today by Derek Young, and frankly, he needs to know that his behaviour was completely unacceptable. After reading the other reviews, I actually feel even more validated in my frustration and disbelief regarding this sorry excuse for an establishment.
