Bank refused to give me my own money. I had 70K that i had received from my mother's estate which came form RBC Direct Investing, deposited directly into my RBC account with no hold on funds. When I had asked to withdraw it as a bank draft to move to another bank, they said they could not verify the source of funds, and thus, was unable to give it to me. Only after 20 mins of waiting standing at the wicket did they finally relent and the manager come out, and didn't even apologize that they couldn't verify the funds that cam... read more
