I didn’t have a great experience with Royal Bank of Canada. Communication was unclear and the process felt disorganized. I expected better service and support. Hopefully this can be improved for future customers.
Easily one the worst branches in Vancouver. Went in twice for the same issue and the Asian lady with the red Apple Watch is slow, dismissive, and did not process my request correctly. I’d recommend going to another branch.
I went in yesterday to deposit a cheque, there was one other customer. When I approached the available teller quickly pushed herself back away from the counter and put her mask on. Along with a $100 cheque deposit I asked for a roll of loonies and $6 in change for the bus. The teller went to the back and danced around with the 2nd teller who had a large wad of fifty dollar bills fanned out in her raised hand.
