Don’t go to Franny. He is the worst banking advisor by far!! You always get stuck on something.
All I needed to do was pick up a foreign money purchase. I received a call saying it was ready. Yet no one working can access the safe where it is and I am left waiting 30 minutes after my first interaction with a teller to pick up an envelope that was already ready. After 25+ years with RBC, going to be moving all my services to my CIBC account. What an absolute joke.
Never enough tellers
Excellent, really recommend to work with Hossein extremely knowledgeable, patient and really helpful. I would definitely would continue work with him. Tho he is really funny too ahah
I think this branch intensionally creates long lines by having no staff available to serve customers.
