I had one of the worst experiences at this bank. I had an appointment with Mr. David regarding a credit card. First, we waited even after our scheduled appointment time. The gentleman was extremely harsh and rude, and his customer service skills were well below what I expected. He clearly did not know how to communicate with customers. Horrible experience. Branch manager Marcus refused to help me in person, sent me home to fill out forms online. Called RBC to be told what I needed to do can only be done in person at a branch. Clearly will not be doing any business here.

What a bad experience I’ve had with one of advisor called Alison, just because I had some questions regarding deposit checks and suddenly she got aggressive,and her response of been aggressive( Because I questioned her)!
