Akiko helped me and my partner to open a signature no limit account at RBC and qualify for the iPad offer. I cannot stress how patient, helpful and friendly she was to us. Best experience in a bank I have ever had, would recommend her 100%!
Unpleasant experience at this branch. After being on hold on the phone and speaking with an RBC representative, who confirmed that the Kingsway & Joyce branch would be able to order me a small amount of foreign currency (10 GBP) if I went in-person and spoke with a teller, the branch would not do so.
