Friendly services counter staffs!. ( closing July 6 til 12th ) for Renovations.
I noticed that every month RBc charges $4 from my account despite my balance and using other RBC products. I asked a teller at this branch to remove those fees and fix it. It’s been over 15 minutes and the teller kept trying and not asking for assistance. Needless to say that the line up was long and then incompatible teller service to remove this unnecessary fee is quite disappointing.
I had one of the worst experiences at this bank. I had an appointment with Mr. David regarding a credit card. First, we waited even after our scheduled appointment time. The gentleman was extremely harsh and rude, and his customer service skills were well below what I expected. He clearly did not know how to communicate with customers. Horrible experience. Branch manager Marcus refused to help me in person, sent me home to fill out forms online. Called RBC to be told what I needed to do can only be done in person at a branch. Clearly will not be doing any business here.
