The advisors there, especially Will just did his best to be unhelpfull, wasting a lot of our time! At first rejected my request excusing there is no solution to my provlem, after I contacted back office they provided the solution and informed branch how to help me and then they came up with another excuse and at our 3rd try, they again refused to be helpful! Will had the least knowledge how to help me and when got the solution from back office, he not even tried to apologies for wasting my time, also made another excuse!
My Advisor, Binjie Song, helped me at TD bank before and I let him handle my investment at RBC once I know he’s moved to RBC. I am very satisfied with his service and look forward to continuing to work with him on my future investments.
