Super slow and supervisors just sit around and watch people in who are frustrated. Theres 2 staff who are not busy at all but just walk slowly back and forth …. Should be a crime to waste peoples time like this.

Today a nice teller named Gaya helped me with a banking issue with so much care, consideration, and professionalism. She quickly identified an issue and provided a solution. I’ve always been able to rely on this branch to address my needs.
This branch has provided us with friendly, knowledgeable service, to the point where we are consolidating our banking from two banks to just RBC. Recently had help from Gaya, a real gem, with some credit card purchases that appeared to be fraudulent, and she also gave us helpful tips on making our credit cards more secure.
