Super rude and completely unhelpful. Honestly, if you can’t help people, why are you even there? The staff were ridiculous. The Chinese guy had no idea what he was doing and was extremely rude. The manager wasn’t any better—totally useless and full of attitude. Instead of helping, he blamed me for needing a print they supposedly couldn’t provide. I just needed something from my account! I’ve been depositing business checks at this RBC branch almost every week for years without any issues. For one customer's cheque, I’ve always torn off the date portion of the check before depositing it, and it’s never been a problem. This time, trying to be helpful, I tore off the date portion in front of the teller to show that the check was from a recent date.
