Went there July 16 and asked for a $5,000 withdrawal from a teller. He proceeded to tell me he could only give me $4,500 and went on to explain that it’s a lot of money to take out and it was a small bank and that I would do better at the RBC on West Georgia. He then proceeded to inform me that it was best as the area we were in wasn’t the best neighbourhood and that I should just transfer the funds electronically. I needed the cash. Worst experience I’ve ever had with RBC. The staff is passively rude. They act as if they’re doing you a favour by assisting you. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
This is my favourite location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Way better than the other locations which are the opposite of what I experienced at other locations.
