Worst customer service, came to the branch to start a business account and now required to go back to the branch because they need a second ID. I literally provided it in the first round and the service rep forgot to input the information. I used to have a business account less than a year ago through RBC as well, they have record and yet I still need to go back in-person even if I told them to cancel my recent business application now that I'm frustrated with them. This is a disappointing experience.
Very bad experience with RBC. I submitted my tax residency document, and the bank later said it was missing, so my file was effectively lost. My account was frozen, which caused serious problems with receiving my payments. When I went in person today, nobody helped or took ownership, and I was told this happened because of my nationality, in front of my wife. Unprofessional service and extremely stressful. I do not recommend this branch.

Carlos was very helpful and friendly. I’ve been to this branch a couple times to sort out some small issues with my account and it’s refreshing to actually have a genuine conversation with someone at the counter :)
