Pretty terrible service. I seldom do banking in person, but the three times that I have in the past year the staff here have been rude, unhelpful, and seemingly just unwilling to help me.
The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions.
The guy who helped me today gave terrible customer service, I felt that the best part of his job was telling people “we can’t do that”. I almost never write a review but this man made me quite upset. After talking on the phone to RBC , they assured me that if I came in and brought my enrollment verification I would be able to switch back to my student account.
