I just had a phone call with an employee named Reetu. That was the worst service from an RBC bank employee i've ever had. I have contacted the bank 3 times (twice was the general phone banking once was the commercial drive branch). I was told to phone my home branch, which I did and my issue is still not resolved. I think this bank is slowly going downhill. For the first time in 20 years i'm considering switching banks.
Service very slow. Employees going around but not caring people waiting on the line.
Marco was extremely helpful in a last minute stressful situation I had with needing a card re shipped to me. He handled it efficiently, professionally and with the utmost urgency required. Cannot stress enough how helpful he was - thanks Marco!!
