It’s always a million degrees in here… people literally leave the lineup because of it every time I’ve been. Staff are very friendly.
I wanted to send $2000 to my daughter to Europe. They sent all of my money. I'm so upset, disappointment. It was a very bad experience.
Zero stars is not an option sadly. Customer service is laughable. Half the staff watching the other half work, also you can see sensitive information on staff computers from outside the building, brutal. If this building didn't exist, very few people would notice.
The bank staff said my cheque was expired and I threw away the cheque. Then later turned out it was NOT expired and I wasted my money!!!! How do they train people here???
