Got a new visa card, already have another visa with RBC. However, because the profiles aren't linked together, haven't been able to check my new visa online or on the app. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with rhen around June 10th, was told ticket would be sent in. Sure enough, still couldn't view my account. Went to visit the cambie/broadway branch, they helped me. My drivers license expired but they verified me with the temp license paper and my other visa cards with my name. Send a second ticket in for me on Monday. Followed... read more
