Very assistant branch manager is very bad service
Catrina was really helpful The staff at this RBC branch are always friendly and quick to assist, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Their professional service and welcoming atmosphere truly stand out.
Always a pleasant experience coming to this branch. Been banking here for almost a decade now and everytime I come always a great experience with great tellers. Thank you specifically though to Kristine who was patient, kind and very efficient with helping me with my banking needs
Management treated me as a criminal even when I provided 2 pieces of identification. They messed up my whole credit and charging me double nsf fees by their mistakes. This is the worst branch. I'm transferring to TD!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the unacceptable state of the RBC branch located at 2381 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC. It is absolutely appalling to witness such conditions at a bank that generated $57.3 billion in revenue last year.
