Eddie spent 2 hours helping me open my account, went through credit cards with me and ensure my online banking app and temporary card worked. In all my 25 years of banking- that's the most helpful introduction I've had to banking. Thank you Eddie!
Didn’t provide us coin rolls even though we do deposit here every day. This the first branch who refused us and said we need to have a account with this branch to get the coins. Like Seriously????????? Since when this policy has been changed. The employee was super nice but manager said they can’t do it.
Great branch with afterhours atm THAT WORKS ! I went to two branches prior (brentwood in burnaby, guildford in north surrey) both had problems. Brentwood had no usd cash for me, guildford atms wouldnt accept deposits (all 3 machines!) Thank you to this branch for having working abms
