I was just at this branch trying to deposit cash into my husband's account since he is out of town. Shaista amjid the associate who was helping me let me know that it wasn't possible to deposit cash into someone else's account and that i had to deposit it into my account first and then transfer it to him. Just had a great experience with Jay Zhang. He went above and beyond dealing with a cheque issue that I had with Work safe. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and patience. And I'd also like to thank the manager there as well. Both were such a great help. I would definitely have been lost without them. Thanks guys
What a pathetic branch. Employees love to waste time doing nothing with a line full of people.
Horrible location, always super busy with a lineup to the door and under staffed. Wait in line for 30 min to realize you won't make it to a teller for another 15 min and leave without accomplishing what you came for. Avoid making it your home branch, I learned the hard way.
