Verry poor service. Lady didn’t solve my problem she said i don’t know. Very very unsatisfactory.
I was just at this branch trying to deposit cash into my husband's account since he is out of town. Shaista amjid the associate who was helping me let me know that it wasn't possible to deposit cash into someone else's account and that i had to deposit it into my account first and then transfer it to him. And that they apparently adapted this new policy, the reason I felt the need to write this review is how disrespectful, rude and arrogant she was while talking to me. Just had a great experience with Jay Zhang. He went above and beyond dealing with a cheque issue that I had with Work safe. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and patience. And I'd also like to thank the manager there as well. Both were such a great help. I would definitely have been lost without them. Thanks guys
