I’d love to know what the bank is doing to improve customer service (low ratings) and address the ridiculously long lines. I dread going to the bank.
If I could give negative stars I would! Every time I or my coworkers have gone to this branch to drop off deposit bags we have been treated rudely. They disrespect us, they get angry with us, and they even refuse to serve us all because we had a few days worth of deposits. They have asked to make an automatic deposit thing a nightly routine but we have told them many times that we are not allowed to do that. Easy access but it would have been rated higher if the handicapped parking wasn't the furthest spots to the bank entrance.
Waits for teller service are ridiculous. Always.
