I find the staff to be rude or unprofessional. It often takes a very long time to complete a simple transaction.
Such a terrible service, staff was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I opened business account and applied for credit card online, first they took forever to forward documents to the branch for signature. And when I finally went in, the front desk staff at the location had no manners of customer service whatsoever. I just have to give a huge shoutout to the European girl working at this RBC—she’s honestly a banking angel! I had gone to another RBC branch (15795 Croydon Dr) before, and they told me there was no way to transfer funds to Alibaba for my store deposit because of strict regulations lately, supposedly for my safety. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their work, and the branch manager was especially disappointing—coming across as insincere and unenthusiastic despite attempts to appear otherwise.
