Very disappointed with the customer service at RBC. We’ve been dealing with ongoing issues for months regarding account updates. Even after multiple follow-ups and visits, the situation still wasn’t handled properly. One employee was quite rude and unprofessional during the interaction. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand delays can happen, but how clients are treated makes a huge difference. RBC should really work on improving their customer service and communication moving forward.
Overall it's a good bank. Great personal, good offers.
