This is the worst customer service focused branch and bank I would say if you are a business client. They are not interested in your business operations so they can help. I would suggest to choose a different bank if you are new to business account. This specific branch manager have no interest in any business account, they are very open to tell people to go elsewhere as it doesn't matter to them....
The service at this RBC branch in BC has been consistently disappointing. Customer care feels very poor — staff often gather to chat among themselves, pretending to work on the computer while customers wait far too long.
