I had an excellent experience at the RBC Surrey branch! I initially opened a few accounts over the phone, and when I came to the branch in person to finalize everything, the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The ladies who assisted me went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made this a truly great experience. Highly recommend this branch for exceptional service!

Banks can be a challenge, for me it's important that the staff are friendly and respectful of their clients, which in my opinion the staff at this branch are. Sometimes things go wrong as you'll read in some other reviews, a lot of the time it's the customer not understanding what was explained to them which results in their unhappiness. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be served by a friendly staff member. In South Africa you can easily stand for an hour or longer in a queue to speak to a teller, if you're lucky

This bank needs to start locking the entrance doors at night. The homeless use the ATM room to sleep, use drugs and sometimes they use it to pleasure each other. It's unsafe and it's unsanitary. I've seen homeless overdose in there, I've seen them yell at people, and I've seen them touch each other inappropriately. No one needs to deposit or withdrawal cash that badly at night or early in the morning, after or before actual bank operating hours. Great Untrained staff, No Banking knowledge and rules they are aware off, refused me many times to deposit a cheque in my wife's account. Such a horrible management doesn't even know, how to deal with different transactions. Same bank different branch does your things that quick you can't even have to explain them. I am dealing with this branch since a year now only for my personal banking, what a awful and unprofessional staff they got, I suggest the banking management to change the staff for this branch to boost up the rat... read more
