I had worst experience with the staff , very unprofessional, rude , they don't know customer service. Just there for there payrolls.

Sharan went above and beyond to help my dad with his bank account. He has gone in due to suspicious changes in his account, she identified and assisted in reporting the fraud. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, ensuring that my dad understood everything. Even though she was off, she stayed an extra 30 minutes to make sure everything was resolved. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and for taking care of everything!
this goes out only to the wiring department, they are the corresponding Bank to my bank we have had an international transfer that has been sent through a lawyer and a bank with taxes paid, all documentation correct reaches RBC‘s corresponding bank and they hold the funds. No issues with the funds, they just continuously hold it saying to the lawyer that has called them directly , that it will be placed in your account today, and when it’s not placed in my account, they say it will be there in the morning, and then the morni... read more
I cannot wait for my mortgage renewal to be due. I hate RBC. They turned the branch near.me into a "CASHLESS" branch along with most branches near me. Anything to siphon another penny. I now cannot get the exchange rate that I had worked out with my advisor. I was told that deal was with my branch. So now I have to drive extra and stand in massive lines because every person needing cash has to go to the same branch. Total BS. Cannot rage hard enough.
