All the staff at this branch are exceptional. The Manager is very professional and helpful as well. I prefer this branch over any other. When in Cloverdale or close by I will always go this branch. Excellent financial advisor at this branch as well. I would give them an A + grade.
I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The branch manager with glasses was not helpful and didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns. Customer service felt lacking, which made the interaction frustrating. I hope this improves.

The most awful service experience my aunt has ever had. Workers are so rude and don’t want to help you. We asked them to help us to make a transfer from account (kind of international transfer) but they said they had not wanted to do that for us.
