RBC is useless, went for an easy payment setup and they screwed it up. Should be able to set it up online but they make you go into the branch and then they screw it up and ask you to come back in again. Where is my compensation for my time lost due to their incompetence? TD is so much better.
Sandeep is such a kind, sweet, and helpful advisor. My experience at this RBC branch in surrey was extremely disappointing. This is honestly one of the slowest banking services I have ever experienced. Customers are waiting for a very long time, yet there is only one employee serving everyone. People’s time should be respected. For a bank as large as RBC, having only one employee available while customers are waiting is unacceptable. Having to wait this long for a simple banking transaction is extremely frustrating. There are 2 ATMs available inside. No automatic sliding doors. No queue number system, so customers have to stand in line to wait.
