Long wait on queue
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had walking into a bank. It was my first time visiting an RBC branch in about 8–9 years, and my first impression was extremely frustrating. As soon as I walked in, there was no lineup, but both doors were open. I stood near the front, away from the tellers, when one of them, Sandeep, shouted from behind telling me to “stand in line.” That made no sense because there was clearly no line. Really disappointed on how ROYAL BANK MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANGER. Handled my situation..first of all no way a lady of assistance Manager should start raising her voice at a coustomer and then bring him in her office with manager of bank start yelling and arguing with him. Were they know that there in fault and trying to cover up there tracks. Unprofessional and just out right WRONG.!!!!!. BEEN with this branch over 6 years with 3 direct deposit coming in. RBC is such a wonderful place with great customer service. I am most pleased with how Sandeep help me through my bank issues. She was so kind, smiling and asking if I was ok . While I was waiting for my turn of appointment more than 3 staff asked if I were on appointment and waiting for my turn. That showed great care. I recommend RBC to anyone, their services feels like home . Oh and make sure to ask for Sandeep.
I was trying to see the branch manager, and the security guard was trying to help me. She asked someone named Sandeep, I think, who works in the Chestnut room. She waved her hand, and said "I'm going there, no". My jaw dropped. She actually waved me off like I was an insect. I can't believe tjere wouldn't be any disciplinary action for this attitude.
