Worst customer service. I was told they cannot help me with FHSA account closure, this needs to be done by calling their investment side , and they apparently don’t have any branch. Other banks help one with this at their branches.

I would like to acknowledge the RBC branch employee who is always helpful and supportive toward customers. Their service at the branch has been consistently professional and courteous, and I truly appreciate their effort.
