consistently the worst RBC or bank I have visited. Tellers are slow and not friendly and this branch is constantly understaffed. Billion dollar corportation and they cant open more than 2 or 3 teller stalls?? ridiculous

Too bad, it is very slow, nobody care you, don’t come this bank, every time always only one person on work
This was my first time opening a bank account, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, and I did not feel valued as a customer. I expected better customer service, especially as a first-time client. I hope the bank improves its staff training and provides a more friendly and professional experience for future customers.
Worst customer service experience. I came here to open my very first bank account in Canada. At the beginning, the staff were very accommodating and treated me well. I’ve been a loyal client ever since, and I genuinely enjoyed the bank’s online services, perks, and benefits. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I visited this branch today.
