Wouldn't help me get my temporary card till my new one came in I had my autistic child with me and I just wanted to get him lunch when my money came in can't even do that so going home to cook She was rude and I heard her talking about my son with another worker and customer before we got to the front
I was with an advisor named Kathryn and it was absolutely pointless. She gave me the most procedural answer and was not helpful at all. She constantly interrupted me and tried to brush me off. She got an attitude, gave me false information, overall just incompetent. I can't believe rbc hired someone like that. I'll make sure to switch banks after this. This is unacceptable.
The manager didn’t un restrict my account because he found it suspicious I blocked someone on Facebook what a joke theirs a reason that it’s a feature on Facebook to block someone anyone can use it’s not a crime to use it. It’s a feature on the app so I’m free to use it on anyone shouldn’t be the managers concern what so ever. Ridiculous
