This branch has the slowest service, they're terribly undertstaffed and it's typical to wait 30-50 minutes in line for the teller during the lunch hour. They really should have someone at the customer service counter to schedule advisor appointments or other services, or answer general questions that don't need a teller so people don't have to wait in the ridiculous lines for something that should only take a minutes or two.
Very very slow service long lineup all the time I left this bank 20 years ago because of this service and lineup but after 20 years this bank have same problem no change I think because of they have very good management or their head person r good decisions makers
One of the worst branches. The majority of workers trying to send clients away: do it online, go to the store... Today I had to stay in a huge line second time, because when I ask to update my client card password, lady at the desk send me away, saying : go to store and activate your card there. Card is declined and I am staying again in huge line at this bank
I experienced very slow service during my recent visit. Despite having 10 teller counters available, only 4 were staffed, while over 40 customers were waiting in line. This caused significant delays and frustration. I strongly recommend reviewing staffing during peak hours to improve customer experience.
Evil people. I am below the poverty line and have two kids. They stole $20 from my account for absolutely no reason. I strongly recommend everyone to take your business elsewhere.
