Absolutely awful. Called to inquire about requirements for doing business on behalf of my mother., who is in a home &/has dementia. I have POA, duly notarized, signed, etc. Plus power of Health Representation. Eric insisted on doctor’s letter stating she couldn’t attend. What is a POA for? I told him a dr letter would be expensive, and that the POA was for the same purpose. Went back & forth, & asked to speak to a manager. He told me it would take 1-2 days.
