Went to bank today and couldn't deposit my credit card with cash, extremely rude teller.
Completely agree with everyone else. This is by far one of the most disorganized and poorly managed RBC branches I’ve experienced. The customer service is consistently below acceptable standards—staff communication is unprofessional, and many seem disengaged or unable to effectively assist in English. Simple transactions regularly take over 20–30 minutes, with no sense of urgency or efficiency. Update, these posts must have made a difference as I have noticed an incredible improvement. Very happy with the service today. Olser post:This probably the 5th or 6th time I've been to this bank. It seems that this bank has forgotten who the customer is and without customers there would be no bank. Everyone in this bank always seems to be running around being busy just to look like they are busy and let the customer stand in a line for long periods of time no apparent reason.
No VIP line, waiting in long line, Poor attitude and low quality service.
Excellent service! Mr. Umut is exceptionally friendly and proactive, always putting the client first. I’ve had a wonderful experience with him on multiple occasions!
